DivorceCare seminars and support groups are led by people who understand what you are going through and want to help. You will learn how to heal from the deep hurt of divorce and discover hope for your future. Most people will tell you that separation and divorce are the most painful and stressful experiences they’ve ever faced. It’s a confusing time when you feel isolated and have lots of questions about issues you’ve never faced before.
With our lives so busy, how do we find the time to have our children learn about Jesus? STL is offering a 3-tiered “Virtual Sunday School” that you can turn to any time or anywhere each week. Our “THE FLOCK (little lambs following Jesus)” blends the invaluable experience of children learning about Jesus with the convenience of locally produced interactive videos.

Have you ever noticed that little things, often unnoticed on their own, can result in a much bigger thing as they are added together? Each night remove the spare change from your pocket and drop it in the change jar. Do this every day for a year; you might be surprised how much money has been accumulated.
Camp Restore Detroit is back in business and we are excited to welcome volunteers back into our community! We have worked diligently to keep both our community and volunteers safe. At this point in time, our community has requested that we send back our volunteers. These will be true acts of love and kindness as usually our community works alongside our volunteers but we have asked that they also socially distance.

I am not sure how many of you are old enough to remember Charlie Brown (or is this similar to asking if you remember Ernie Harwell?) – but he was famous for saying, “Good grief!”. While I am not quite sure what Charlie Brown meant whenever he said, “Good grief,” it seems like it was more out of frustration than joy. However, today I am writing these words with joy.
