Serving Him in Song:
Kapelle — a choir dedicated to edifying the church service through worship in song. The Kapelle rehearses on the first, third , fourth, and fifth Sunday (when fifth Sunday occurs) at 8:15 a.m. in the music room. The Kapelle sings all styles of Christian choral music, and help lead the following festival services: Reformation Sunday, Remembrance Sunday, Lessons and Carols, Christmas Eve, Transfiguration Sunday, Palm Sunday, Good Friday Tenebrae, and Easter Sunday. Celebration Singers — a small choir made up of mixed voices that meets on the second Sunday of the month at 8:15 a.m. in the music room.This group sings primarily modern Christian music. If you love to sing but aren’t ready to commit to every week rehearsals, then this group is for you!!! For more information, please contact the church office.
Instrumentalists — If you play an instrument and would like to serve Him by playing in church, please contact Lori for more information. Instrumentalists can play during communion, as a voluntary, accompany hymns, and accompany the choirs.
Vocal solo/ensembles — solo and small ensemble opportunities are available. For more information, please contact the church office.
Handbell Choir — the handbell choir is made up of volunteers who praise God and help enhance worship with the beautiful sound of handbells. Rehearsals are Thursday evenings at 7. Contact Vicki Berkseth for information and to learn how you can become a member of the handbell choir.
