Psychotherapy Services
We all experience problems and stress. Sometimes these can be overwhelming and interfere with our personal and family life. At Genesis Center we offer professional psychotherapy services by a trained staff with a focus on Christ-centered relationships. Areas of specialization include:

There is no fee for the initial interview. Ongoing psychotherapy is offered to all regardless of income. We will work with you to establish a fee schedule that you can afford. No one is refused services due to lack of funds.
Spiritual Growth
We offer a variety of opportunities to grow in your faith. Worship opportunities, Bible Classes, prayer walking, and service opportunities are all available to help you grow in your relationship with Christ.

Genesis Center is a community service ministry of Saint Thomas Lutheran Church. In these times our community has many needs. We constantly assess and reassess the needs of individuals and work to provide what assistance is available. Please call Genesis Center for more information

We are here to build up our community by building up the body of Christ. Through our ministries of psychotherapy, community outreach and discipleship we seek to grow and strengthen believers.
Pastor Rick VanBriggle has been serving Genesis Center since its inception in January of 2008. He is also a limited licensed psychologist in the State of Michigan* with over 25 years of experience treating individuals, families, and groups with a wide variety of problems from substance abuse to depression to personality disorders. He provides psychotherapy to adults, adolescents and families.
