Faith Connection ONE is a day-long dialogue on the basics of the Christian faith. Starting with the question “What does it mean to believe?” it is an opportunity to ask questions, listen to the thoughts of others, and re-think where we are in our walk with God. You can expect a) lively conversation, b) open dialogue and c) the Spirit of God to be active. Come with the anticipation of being energized and renewed. Lunch and refreshments will be served. (Unfortunately, those who require child care will need to make their own arrangements.)
There is NO fee for the day, though reservations are required, and you will be asked to read a brief journal article (“The Secretary, The Reporter, and The Hermit”) in preparation for the workshop.

Faith Connection TWO (Faith Ablaze – 360) is an opportunity to connect together around God’s Word and focus upon deepening your understanding of what it means to be a disciple of Jesus. As in FC1, you can expect a) lively conversation, b) open dialogue and c) the Spirit of God to be active. Bring your Bible and come with the anticipation of being energized in God’s Kingdom. Faith Connection PLUS is a half-day prayer retreat (8:00 a.m. – noon) that laces together teaching, prayer, fellowship and praise. STL hosts these prayer retreats twice each year on campus in the Fireside Lounge. Reservations are requested.
