WEEK TWO — PRAYING FOR THE CHURCH
Formed into Community

DAY 8 — SUNDAY, JANUARY 25
Unity in Christ
Ephesians 4:3–6
Good morning, Church.
Today we pray for the unity of the Church.
Scripture reminds us that unity is not something we create — it is something God gives.
One Lord. One faith. One Baptism.
Our unity does not come from agreement on everything, shared personalities, or perfect harmony.
It comes from Christ alone, who has joined us together by His death and resurrection.
Because we are united in Christ, we can bear with one another in love.
Reflection Questions:

How does unity with Christ shape unity with others?
Where do preferences threaten fellowship?
How can I preserve peace in our congregation?

Let us pray.
Lord Jesus Christ,
Keep us united in the one faith, one Lord, and one Baptism.
Preserve Your Church in truth and love.
Amen.
Remain in Christ — He is our unity.
Ephesians 4:3–6
Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.  There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called;  one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.
