This week kicks off our 2021-2022 fundraising campaign! We have spent a lot of time planning and dreaming with our community leaders and Team Restore as we move from simply surviving to thriving financially. Last night was a beautiful evening, and I was SO ready for it. I sat on our deck while barbequing some fish and enjoying a little refreshment. Yes, I would have preferred the air to have been 20-30 degrees warmer. But there was no breeze, along with no bugs, and no rain. Sunny, but cool – and I was loving it.
The mission of STL is “connecting individuals to Jesus and to one another by growing faith, educating minds, and serving people.” However, we understand that people do not care what you know until they know how much you care. Thus Barnabas Mentors work with faith explorers in finding answers to their questions and becoming comfortably acquainted with the people and mission of STL.
