Chapel Offerings
This quarter's Chapel offerings are going to the Lutheran Malaria Initiative. Every $10.00 provides a treated netting for one bed.  Our last collection for this will be March 22nd, let's help fight Malaria.
Please do not use church envelopes for your chapel offering, as it gets confusing as to whether it is for Church or Chapel, offering.

Auction
The 8th Annual Auction will be held on April 23rd, at St. Thomas Lutheran School, Eastpointe, MI.  There will be more information coming home in the upcoming weeks.  If you are out and about, be sure to keep your eyes peeled for great deals, donations, and so forth for the Auction.  We will be doing class baskets again like in past years.
We will also be doing class projects, again this year.  The biggest job for the Auction is obtaining donations.  If every family could get a least one donation that would be a tremendous help!  The Auction is the biggest fundraiser that we have for the school and it plays a big role on what we can provide for St. Thomas to keep on being "A Great Place to Learn"!
Parking Lot Procedures
The Board of Education is asking all Parents to refer to page 25 in their Parent Handbook. It has been brought to our attention that the parking lot procedures are not being followed as stated. The front lot is for parking only and the back is for dropping off.
It has been an inconvenience several times for several parents that need to park in the front lot.  When parents are pulling into the handicap spots and pulling out as soon as their child gets out of the car affects the flow of traffic and the flow needs to be in a timely manner so the students are not late due to an inconvenience.
